Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Melanie Campbell — mom of five, wife, and the creator of Bite Me Co. , proudly based out of sunny St. George, Utah.
I started Bite Me because I was tired of “healthy snacks” that tasted like punishment. I wanted something that felt indulgent and macro-friendly, made with ingredients I could actually stand behind. As someone who lifts, tracks macros, works as a paralegal, and juggling a busy family life, I needed a snack that worked as hard as I do.
Each Bite Me flavor is unique, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients — because what’s inside and outside matters. I put just as much thought into the taste and nutrition as I do the look. These bites are designed to be pretty enough for your Instagram story, but functional enough to power through leg day… or laundry day. (equally heroic, let’s be honest).
I love baking, experimenting in the kitchen, and creating new flavor combos that are both fun and functional. I can’t wait to keep sharing the Bite Me flavors I’ve been working on — there’s lots more goodness coming your way.

What are Bite Me protein bites made of?
Our bites are crafted with clean, simple ingredients like oats, natural nut butters, whey or plant-based protein, honey or agave, and fun add-ins like chocolate chips or sprinkles. No artificial junk—just ingredients you can read and that taste amazing.
How soon will I receive my order after it is placed?
Orders are typically ready within 24–48 hours. You’ll get a confirmation with drop off details as soon as your bites are prepped and packaged. If you need a rush order, just let us know—we’ll do our best to make it happen! I am currently only doing local drop off in St. George, Utah.
How should I store the bites?
Keep them in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze them for up to 3 months. They also hold up well at room temp for a few hours—perfect for on-the-go.
Are your products kid friendly?
Absolutely—unless you wanted to keep them all to yourself. Our bites are made with wholesome ingredients and zero weird stuff, so they’re perfect for little hands, big appetites, and fridge raids.
